Redmond Boxing program is designed to accommodate adults and children, both men and women of all levels and ages. Our class dynamic teaches the basic fundamentals of boxing, while also providing you with the workout of a lifetime! The program focuses on improving body composition, hand-eye coordination and cardiovascular health, as well as developing self-confidence and an awareness for self-defense.
Sparring is not incorporated in the classes, however if the student wishes to spar, he or she may do so once the instructor approves of their skill and experience

Our Boxing Fitness Classes provide a top notch workout. Increase strength, flexibility, endurance and mental focus. Everyone works out at his/her own fitness level. Feel free to observe a class before signing up.
Our Sparring Skills Classes provide the opportunity to learn more about how you react under pressure. Take your workout to a new level. Get in the ring, learn your fundamentals and hone your skill.
We have Youth Boxing, Group Workouts. Our Dojo is the place to go when you want to get more out of life.
